The “Italo Disco espresso” is from Santa Cecilia in Brazil. It is a naturally processed coffee with flavours of dark chocolate, caramel, and sweet cherry jam. It is one of the number one selling coffees from 19 grams, as the flavours are approachable and appeal to a wide target audience. It can also be used as cappuccino, latte espresso as well as café crema.

Our coffee partner here is “19 grams”, a Berlin-based firm, that is known for sustainable and tasty coffee.

Sustainability:

19 grams is working with coffee farms that are carbon-neutral and even carbon positive. The preservation of rainforests is important to the family owning these farms, as they allow the forest to organically grow between the coffee plants. This is actually a major benefit for the quality of coffee they are producing. As a source of energy, the farms are powered by a Pelton turbine driven by hydroelectric power, supplying the entire farm with 100% green energy.
