Characteristics of Gepa Organic Fairtrade Espresso:
For the Gepa Espresso, after 8 to 10 months a coffee cherry has ripened from the jasmine-scented blossom, which is then harvested by hand and separated from the pulp within 24 hours before it can then dry in the sun. The gentle long-term roasting makes this espresso very productive, harmonious and particularly aromatic. We are happy to recommend this mixture for use in fully automatic coffee machines or in the classic way for the portafilter.
