The wine was fermented on the mash and then stored in German oak barrels for 8 months. Typical of the Assmannshäuser Höllenberg, this wine impresses with its red berry nose. In addition to cherries, raspberries and red currants, there are notes of laurel and lovage. The balanced tannins and the concentrated body are the result of consistent craftsmanship. Elegant fruity play on the palate, spicy, herbaceous, with beautiful minerality and fine tannins.
