This statement can be questioned with the Gepa Cargado CAFFÉ, because it is particularly characterized by its strong and chocolate-like taste and its gentleness for enjoyment. Based on the balanced mixture – also known as a ‘blend’ among connoisseurs – of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta beans, the very concise taste unfolds in the course of the gentle long-term roasting at around 180 degrees in combination with a long-lasting and delicate crema.
