The Caffé Crema Rico is an exquisite, particularly mild to medium-strong coffee symphony made from the finest, whole Arabica and Robusta beans, the highest coffee enjoyment in its purest form Form celebrated with a very good crema from the tip of the tongue to all taste buds. The full-bodied aromas of sun-ripened beans from South America and Africa unfold particularly well as a freshly ground and directly brewed taste experience in the fully automatic coffee machine. The so-called long-term drum roasting process or alternatively long-term roasting process creates a particularly harmonious aroma. As the name suggests, roasting time is the key to success. The time factor in the long-term drum roasting process should generally not be less than 12 minutes. Roasting is primarily about drying and fat-free heating of plant-based foods. The aim of roasting is to remove moisture from the bean and heat to convert vegetable starch into taste and characteristic color. This method is used to refine and refine the natural form of many foods.
