Our roasted Mediterranean almonds are responsibly grown and 90% of their water needs are met by rainwater. Mixed with water, a pinch of sea salt and gellan. Gellan is a fermented ingredient that ensures all the ingredients stay well blended together.

Almonds
Here you will learn everything you want to know about our almonds. We use only organic almonds from the Mediterranean region. About 90% of their water needs are covered by rainwater. They are harvested once a year, in late summer. Then the almonds are inspected, cleaned and processed into an almond drink
Sea salt
No kitchen should be without it – salt. Every recipe needs a pinch of salt. We source our sea salt from the Netherlands Antilles and Australia, but are working to source it more locally.
